Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! You have 2 weeks from the time of receiving your order to return any damaged or incorrect items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at ramakersimports@bellnet.ca if you encounter any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and strive to make it right. Please note that we cannot accept returns on non-damaged or incorrect items, sale items, or gift cards.
