Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 4-5 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP -  579 Ontario Street, St. Catharines, ON, L2N 4N8, Canada.

Orders can be picked up Monday-Saturday, from 9am to 5pm. An email or phone call will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY  

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to  shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within St. Catharines (L2R, L2M, L2N, L2P, L2S, L2T).  

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for  local delivery.  Orders placed before 9 a.m. on Saturday will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the following Saturday morning.  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  

Orders are generally shipped within 4-7 business days using Canada Post. 

Orders 6kg and under have a flat rate of $21.90 (Standard)

Orders 6kg and over have a flat rate of $35 (Standard)

Christmas Seasonal shipping is free when orders are over $75 CAD or $110 USD (Until December 31st)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States of America

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and a $5 handling fee will be automatically applied.
